Include: your name, the Jules Verne tour you travelled on, and when the photo was taken
Format: JPEG or PNG, landscape orientation, high resolution (minimum 2MB, up to 10MB)
Deadline: 6pm on Monday 30 September 2025
You can submit up to five photos – from different tours if you like!
Terms & Conditions
Eligibility:
The competition is open to all individuals aged 18 and over who have travelled on a Jules Verne tour or cruise.
Submission Guidelines:
All entries must be submitted via email to inspire@vjv.com
The submission period begins on 31 July 2025 and ends on 30 September 2025.
Photos must be high-resolution and at least 2MB and in JPEG or PNG format.
Each participant may submit a maximum of 5 photos per Jules Verne tour.
Content Criteria:
Participants must have taken the photos themselves on a Jules Verne tour or cruise.
Photos must not contain any inappropriate, violent, or offensive material.
Intellectual Property:
By submitting a photo, participants agree to grant Jules Verne the right to use, reproduce, and publish the photo in all media formats for promotional and marketing purposes.
Participants must ensure that their submission does not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyright and trademark.
Judging and Prizes:
Entries will be judged by a panel of experts from Jules Verne.
The panel’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners will be notified by email, the selected photos will be featured in the Jules Verne 2026 calendar, and winners will receive a complimentary copy of the calendar.
Liability:
Jules Verne is not responsible for any technical issues or misdirected submissions.
By participating, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Jules Verne from all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the competition.
Privacy:
Personal data collected during the competition will be used solely for the administration of the competition and in accordance with Jules Verne’s privacy policy.
Modification and Termination:
Jules Verne reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
By submitting a photo to the Jules Verne Calendar 2026 competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
